What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking a parking space or garage.

1. CANCELLATION BY RENTERS

Short-term bookings (hourly / daily):

  • Free cancellation
    Cancel up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
  • Late cancellation
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
  • No show
    No refunds will be issued if the renter fails to show up without cancelling.

Long-term bookings (weekly / monthly):

  • Full refund
    Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before the rental start date.
  • Partial refund
    Cancel at least 3 days before the start date – 50% refund.
  • No refund
    Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date are non-refundable.

2. EARLY TERMINATION (LONG-TERM RENTALS):

  • Depending on the licence agreement signed, renters may request to end a long-term rental early by providing 1 months’ notice. Refunds are prorated based on the remaining rental period.
  • Owners may only terminate early in the case of unforeseen circumstances (with documentation), and renters will receive a full or prorated refund accordingly.

3. REFUND PROCESSING:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. EXCEPTIONS:

  • Weather or traffic-related issues do not qualify for a refund unless the space becomes inaccessible.
  • For emergencies or disputes, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the issue.

Who is responsible for maintenance?

1. SPACE HOSTS

The space host is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the garage or parking space is clean, safe, and free from hazards.
  • Maintaining any structural elements (e.g. doors, locks, lights, gates) are in good working condition.
  • Promptly addressing any reported maintenance issues that affect the usability or safety of the space.

Failure to maintain the space may result in penalties, cancellation of bookings, or removal from the platform.

2. RENTERS

Renters are responsible for:

  • Using the space as intended and keeping it clean during the rental period.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damage immediately.
  • Not modifying or altering the space in any way without prior written permission from the owner.

Renters may be held liable for any damage caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.

The cost of renting a parking space or garage varies depending on the location, size, and type of parking spot. Generally, prices are competitive and designed to suit different needs and budgets. We offer transparent rates with no hidden fees.
